Interviews with MedicineAfrica Participants in Somaliland: Primarily Qualified Clinicians, 2021

Our data collection drew on interviews primarily with Somaliland-based MedicineAfrica clinicians (27 Somaliland-based qualified clinicians, 2 local coordinators and MedicineAfrica's Director). Interviews were conducted online in either English or Somali (if participants were not confortable in English and also to ensure that English vocabulary would not override local concepts). They lasted between 20 and 60 minutes each. Due to the sensitive nature of the collected data, the confidentiality agreement in the participants' consent forms, and inability to request retrospective consent, the interview data from this project cannot be shared publicly.

The Data Collection only consists of metadata and documentation as the data could not be archived due to legal, ethical or commercial constraints. For further information, please contact the contact person for this data collection.
