This file contains data on the positions in the UK's 2016 referendum on EU membership taken by all Conservative and Labour candidates in England and Wales at the 2019 UK general election. Referendum positions are listed as either Leave, Remain or Undisclosed. The file also includes the constituencies in which the candidates stood, a variable measuring whether candidates were sitting MPs (coded Yes or No) and details of the source of information of each candidate’s referendum position.

Cons_and_Lab_MPs_2019.csv 
This file contains data on the positions in the UK's 2016 referendum on EU membership taken by all Conservative and Labour MPs elected at the 2019 UK general election. It includes MPs from England, Scotland and Wales. Referendum positions are listed as either Leave, Remain or Undisclosed. The file also includes the constituencies in which the MPs were elected and a variable for when each MP was first elected to Parliament.
