The zipped data file 'Transcripts.zip' contains 144 anonymised interview transcripts in Rich Text Format. The interview transcripts are organsied into 12 sub-folders for each of 12 towns and cities: Blackpool, Bristol, Cambridge, Chester, Colchester, Leighton-Linslade, Shrewsbury, Stoke, Southend, Southport, Woking and York. Within each sub-folder there are 12 interview transcripts (one for each interviewed resident) numbered from 1 to 12 (e.g. Blackpool1' to 'Blackpool12'). The Excel file 'Case_list.xlsx' can be used to identify transcripts of interest. It includes categorised information for each interview participant on their cycling behaviour, age, household car availability, driving licence status, employment status, ethnicity and gender. To understand the context for the interviews and the interview process it is recommended to read the research report (‘CCT_qualitative_research.pdf') and to look carefully at the fieldwork materials. The fieldwork materials include interview confirmation letter, consent form, interview topic guide and travel behaviour timeline. A note is also provided which explains the process undertaken to anonmyse the interview transcripts.
