Data description and relationship between files This study employs a quantitative and qualitative methodological research approach whereby workshops with key stakeholders were used to understand how tourism stakeholders think and feel about the concept of well-being in relation to tourism and the potential to use it as a destination tourism business development resource. (1) Project description outlines the project aims and objectives plus includes case studies from three participating businesses; (2) Dicussion protocol for workshop focus groups; (3) Workshops transcriptions were data collected from workshop 1 & 2 focus groups; (4) FeelGood business survey questionnaire collected quantitative and qualitative data from business; (5) Quantitative data from the business survey questionnaire; SPSS file; (6) Discussions file are qualitative data from the tracking survey conducted. First stage discussions were carried out January/February 2015 and repeat discussions were undertaken with the same businesses in July 2015. As part of this survey their was a space for open ended questions which are included in this file; (7) Information sheet and Consent form; (8) Ethics form;
