File Descriptions, Relations and Lists of Files

CPP metadata workshop descriptions.docx: a file containing a brief description of what occurred in each of the four arts workshops that produced the outputs below.  

CCP Imaging and Imagining info and consent forms.docx: a sample consent form used for workshops where outputs were primarily individual.

CCP Soundscape info and consent forms.docx: a sample consent form used for workshops where outputs were primarily collective.  

Workshop outputs were assigned Creative Commons licences, as per the consent forms.  Each output file name lists the Creative Commons permissions associated with that file: the name of the individual or file to be credited, followed by CC (Creative Commons)

       BY: indicates that it should be attributed to the individual or group named in the file name; 
       SA: indicates that the file can be used and modified provided it is Shared Alike with others;
       ND: indicates that No Derivatives or adaptations should be made of this file; 
       NC: indicates that the file cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Imaging and Imagining Chronic Pain Files.zip:  contains files in two folders: 
Body Scan Meditation Exercise, comprising 13 files of images created by participants following a body scan meditation exercise (see CCP metadata workshop descriptions file).  Each file has Creative Commons permissions for reuse as per the filename.  Files include:

These are licenced under Creative Commons with the following characteristics: Attribution (to the group as per the filename); Share Alike, Non Commercial.   These files were created within the Soundscape workshop (please see CCP Metadata workshop descriptions.docx for details).
