As you can see the dataset contains 227,759 cases and it is sorted by
the 2011 Output Area (OA) code. Each case is an OA. The four variables 
that are estimated are named pusenet, phhreadr, pmobmail2 and pu_accmob. 
The actual data are the proportion of the population in the OA with
the indicated characteristic. For example, pusenet is the estimated 
proportion of the population of each OA that is Internet users.
