The dataset contains the hyperlink network structure of the government websites in multiple countries. The current version includes Japan, Spain, and Canada.
There are two files per country. 
*_nodes.txt lists the pages crawled (url, number of times crawled).
*_hyperlinks.txt records hyperlinks between pages (source, destination, number of hyperlinks with the same source and destination on the page).
