The dataset contains the tweets which contain a link to a petition on the US government petitioning website.

-tweet_id: the unique tweet id assigned by Twitter, allowing to fetch the original tweet using the API. Unless the tweet is deleted or not public any more. 
-datetime: The timestamp of the tweet.
-petition_id: The unique id of the petition that the tweet is pointing to.
