The dataset contains two files: Change_org_petitions_signatures.tab and Change_org_petitions_metadata.tab.

Change_org_petitions_signatures.tab contains information about signatures:

-Petition_id: the id of the petition that the signature is given to.
-city, state_province, country_name: city, state and the country of the person who made the signature.
-country_code: two-letter country code, where the signature is coming from.
-signed_at: the exact timestamp of the signature. 


Change_org_petitions_metadata.tab contains the metadata for each petition:

-petition_id: unique id to each petition, linking to the other file.
-url: petition url.
-tile: title of the petition.
-category: the category of the petition.
-goal: the goal number of the signatures, set at the creation.
-created_at: the timestamp of the creation.
-closing: the closing date and time of the petition.
