The dataset contains a zip file and a metadata file.
In the zip file, the hourly record of the number of signatures to each petition is collected in a file named with the petition id.
The first column of each file is the time (measured in hours, since the launch of the petition) and the second column shows the number of signatures.

In the metadata file:

-id: the unique petition id, identical to the file name in the growth zip file.
-title: the title of the petition.
-department: the department of the government that the petition is submitted to.
-starting: the start date/time of the petition.
-closing: the closing date/time of the petition.
